Thai VietJet is the Thai affiliate of Vietnam's VietJet, launched in 2014 and operating under its own Thai air operator's certificate from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi. It is a separate airline from its Vietnamese parent, with its own fleet and staff, sharing the brand and the low-cost model.
It has grown quickly on Thai domestic routes and on short-haul international services into China, Vietnam and India.

At Beijing Daxing, Thai VietJet Air checks in at Level 4 departures (international). Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure on domestic flights and 45 minutes before departure on international ones — Daxing is a large building, and the walk from check-in to a far gate is a real part of your timing.
