No. Finnair does not currently operate scheduled passenger flights at Beijing Daxing International Airport, although it still appears in the airport's published carrier table.
Finnair was the first Western European airline to fly non-stop to Beijing, starting in June 1988, and moved the route to Daxing after the airport opened. It has since suspended its Beijing service: Helsinki's whole Asian network was built on the short polar routing over Russia, and the airspace closure removed that advantage.
